Per HB 890 and Scobey School Board of Trustees Policy #1420, beginning July 1, 2024 all meetings involving 2 or more School Trustees will be recorded and stored for 1 year on the school website. These recordings will be made available to the public within 5 business days after the meeting via Google. These recordings will not allow public comment or participation aside from that transpires during the meeting. These recording will not be the official record of the meeting. After one year, the recordings will be deleted from the website. Should there be any reason why the meeting was not recorded, notice will be posted here and outlined steps to remedy this going forward.
